Marian has extensive experience in the field of HR assessment and management. This includes working as a psychologist with the Commonwealth Public Service Board, the Public Transport Corporation, the City of Melbourne. She has written A Quick Guide to Human Resource Testing – a reference guide for HR practitioners who use or plan to use assessment instruments. Marian’s role at ACER includes providing advice to HR staff and psychologists on selecting the most appropriate assessment instruments to use. She also runs workshops providing accreditation training for ACER in the use of restricted tests. Marian is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the College of Organisational Psychologists, the Australian Association for Psychological Type, the Australian Human Resources Institute, and the Australian Association of Careers Counsellors. She was a member of the Victorian
Psychologists Registration Board from 2001–2003.

Eirini Lammi
Psychology and HR Consultant

Eirini has more than 15 years experience in the education sector, both in Australia and overseas. On re-training as a psychologist, Eirini established a private practice in the inner west of Sydney where she developed expertise in the field of cognitive and behavioural assessments. She also facilitated parenting workshops and training seminars in organisations. Eirini has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Behaviour at Macquarie University. She is a registered psychologist and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. Erini is located in our Sydney office and assists a variety of clients with customised ACER solutions.

Gerard Ferrara
Human Resources Senior Consultant

Gerard has more than 25 years experience in human resource management and organisational testing. His experience includes advising and  conducting assessments on behalf of boards of management and senior management for companies across Australia and overseas. He has advised many organisations on how to use assessment tools to support leadership development, talent retention, health and safety, culture assessment and change. His work in this area has also been presented at national management conferences.

Gerard’s role at ACER is to support, advise and guide individuals and organisations on the use of assessment products. As a previous HR practitioner himself, Gerard has a real understanding about the challenges of human resource management and looks forward to assisting you.
